Patxi and Corrinne have been the owners of the Trois Couronnes restaurant in Cauterets for almost 10 years, and they are determined to preserve the reputation of La Fruitière who offers food and accommodation to lovers of this beautiful valley..

« Patxi » rules over the kitchen. Careful seasoning, traditional sauces, all with a light hand and the occasional touch of garlic and condiments. His take on milk-reared mountain lamb or Bigorre black pork will delight your tastebuds.
« Corinne » takes care of the service side. She will help you choose a wine or a dessert, which won’t ruin you… or your digestion ! Don’t miss the pears in red wine or the wild blueberry tart.
